Well in term of facing loss due to sets maintenance Arjun Rampal seems to be lucky, as rent of his upcoming periodic drama sets got waved off.

According to sources owner of ND Studios Mr. Nitin Desai has decided not to take rent from Arjun for sets of his upcoming period drama which is created in Karjat location. According to sources costly and huge set was constructed where sequence of The Battle of Bhima Koregaon was supposed to shoot.

According to sources Nitin Desai has asked other studios to walk on his footsteps by waving of studio rent giving relief to filmmakers.
