Thugs of Hindostan seems to be stucking in trouble as team including Aamir Khan has been issued legal notice for insulting sentiments of Mallah community.

According to latest development Jaunpur district judge Madan Pal Singh yesterday issued a notice to Bollywood actor Aamir Khan and others after a review petition was filed by plaintiff Hansraj Chaudhary against the film ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ for defamaming and hurting sentiments by insulting the ‘mallah’ community. Court has been put case on arguments, for the same actor has fixed case on April 8.

Complaint against Aamir and team members of Thugs of Hindostan was filed by Harpur Line Bazaar resident Hansraj Chaudhary through his lawyer, in complaint complainant stated that in the film’s trailer, the ‘mallah’ caste was humiliated by addressing them with the word ‘Firangi Mallah’. In addition to the plaintiff, Pradeep Nishad, Brijesh Nishad, Sanjeev Nagar, Manoj Nagar, etc., were seen on social media on 30th October 2018, hurting the sentiments of the plaintiff and the witnesses. The film was named in a malicious manner to increase the TRP of the film. Nishad was termed as a thug and a firangi to the society. Aamir Khan has been addressed as ‘Firangi Mallah’ in the film. 

However before Magistrate Court had dismissed the complaint adding incidents shown in flick are fictional and its mentioned in disclaimer highlighted at the beginning of the flick. Considering the dismissal of complaint plantif lawyer had pleaded after filing review petition adding story is to entertain and not to hurt sentiments.

According to sources after hearing review petition District Judge admited review petition and issued notice in which he had made state party.

Well going through above news it seems Aamir and team members of Thugs of Hindostan getting into legal trouble.
