According to sources Sunny and Alok Nath is going to work for  ad along with Deepak Dobriyal, this  ad will give a social message regarding use of tobacco, however theme of ad is not disclosed its kept under wrap, but grapevine has disclosed that Sunny Leone in this ad will be playing Haryanvi character while Deepak will play fighting his last breath and Alok Nath will play a main character, which brings twist in story.

To the surprise few months back Sunny was seen endorsing paan masala, due to which she was given showcase notice by Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal to stop promoting tobacco products, it seems she has taken it seriously, this is the reason she is coming forward for giving a social message regarding side effects of tobacco.
