Shabana As Black Princess

Bollyulwood legendry actress Shabana Azmi is all set with upcoming biopic “Black Princess” which will showcase important chapter of colonial history, which is unknown to number of Indians.

According to sources “Black Princess” is based on King Of Punjab Maharajah Duleep Singh this movie will showcase relationship of Maharajah with Queen Victoria and it will also showcase struggle to reclaim his throne during Britian’s occupation of India.

While interacting with media Shabana Azmi said “When I was offered role for “Black Princess” I was also not aware about this chapter from history, however I was very pleased when I went through script. I am feeling happy that I got chance to be part of this biopic. Actor further said lots of efforts were put to give justice to my character in flick.

According to sources some of portions of this biopic has been shot in England. This biopic is made on huge budget, shooting of this biopic took place in real places in England including Princesses Diana’s palace.
