Sara Ali Khan And Amrita Singh Lease Office Space In Mumbai

Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan along with her mother  Amrita Singh lease out 2,545 sq ft Mumbai office for Rs 3.76 crore over five years.

According to report starting rent for month will be 5.85 Lakhs which will increase 5 percent annually.

According to report property which is being leased is commercial office space situated in Mumbai’s Andheri West which is being leased to artificial intelligence studio company Upsurge Labs LLP for a five-year term. According to property registration documents reviewed by CRE Matrix, the deal has a total rental value of Rs 3.76 crore. The agreement includes an initial monthly rent of Rs 5.85 lakh, three car parking spaces and a 5% annual escalation.

According to CRE Matrix, Saif has leased two commercial units on Andheri Kurla Road, with a combined RERA carpet area of 5,692 sq ft. The agreement reportedly carries a monthly rent of Rs 22.76 lakh and was registered on September 29, 2026. The five-year lease covers the period from May 10, 2026, to May 9, 2031. The transaction adds to recent reports of commercial property activity involving members of the Khan family.

On work front Sara Ali Khan will be seen in ‘Udta Teer’, Hindi spy action-comedy opposite Ayushmann Khurrana. Movie is been helmed by Shashanka Ghosh.
