Saif Ali Calling Award Functions A Whole Big Tamasha

Well we have watched number of times Saif Ali Khan hosting award functions, well actor recently gave shocking statement regarding award functions he said Award functions are “a whole big tamasha” 

Well recently her daughter Sara Ali Khan recorded statement with NCB in drug case, and there are number of reports doing around the corner that actor has said he will not help Sara in drugs case.

Actor while interacting with media said that
commercialization of the award functions has turned them into “a whole big tamasha.”

Actor further said award shows were initially a good idea, but their commercialization “gobbled up the entire credibility of awards.” He said there does not exist a healthy environment for awards, where “one out of five (actors) wins and the other four actors clap.”

He further said “It (awards functions) is a TV show and nothing more than entertainment yaar!, go one stage and perform, It is no longer about going on stage, taking your award and mumbling your thank you speech,” .

Well going through above report it seems actor is very much upset with award functions.

On work front actor has number of projects in his hand including Bunty Aur Babli 2′ and ‘Adipurush’.
