According to latest  development The Times of India, officers from the Pant Nagar Police Station arrested Chandel from his residence in Dahisar on Friday, July 10.

As per the complaint lodged by the minor, the actor allegedly used to make repeated calls on  her mobile phone from  both his personal number and several other phone numbers.

According to sources complaint revealed due to continuous calls caused her significant distress. She further stated that on July 5, Chandel confronted the teenager near her residential building in Mumbai’s eastern suburbs.
A police official said, “taking into comsideration the complaint police without any delay registered case after which accused was placed under arrest. Further investigation is on.

According to the report, the police have invoked Sections 78 and 115(2) .
