While confirming news CEO of event Mr. Ashok Shekhar came forward and confirmed news by adding “Yes we are looking forward to introduce a new category in award sector which is going to be called “Internationally Acclaimed Actress Award”.
Ashok Shekhar further said Priyanka is first bollywood actress who has made Indian film industry proud at international platform. Her hard work has compelled us to introduce new category in the awards.
Chairman of Dadasaheb Phalke Award Ganesh Jain said not only Priyanka will get Dadasaheb Phalke Award, her mother Madhu Chopra will also be nominated with award for Ventilator.
According to sources award function will take place on 1st June. However actress has not come forward with any such news nor she has confirmed her presence in award function.
Well going through above news its seems Actress along with her mother has managed to impress critics and jury.
