OMG Sanjay Gift Apartments To Maanayata She Returned Back

Wow Sanjay gifted property to his wife, yes you heard right actor gifted four apartments to her wife amounting 100 crore which later Maanayata returned back to Sanjay.

According to sources Money Control revealed she returned back all apartment to actor within a week.

According to sources flats which actor gifted to his wife are situated in Imperial Heights building in Pali Hill in Bandra. Two flats are third and fourth floor while there is a penthouse on the 11th and 12th floor. 

According to sources tax expert reveled first gift deed was executed by Dutt on December 23, 2020 and Maanayata returned them on December 29, 2020. According to legal expert gifting property to family members is a common practice but not its reversal. The expert suggested that it might have something to do with tax restructuring.

Well let’s wait for sometime till reason of returning back four apartments to her husband, which were gifted by her husband comes forward.
