Madhuri Dixit and Shriram Nene Sell Juhu Flat for ₹4.4 Crore

Bollywood icon Madhuri Dixit and her husband, Dr. Shriram Nene, have successfully sold their apartment in the upscale Juhu area of Mumbai for ₹4.4 crore. The property deal marks a massive profit, bringing in more than double the original purchase price.

​According to property registration documents, the couple originally bought the flat back in June 2012 for ₹1.94 crore. Over the span of about 14 years, the investment witnessed a stellar capital appreciation of roughly 127 percent. The apartment is situated in Iris Park, part of a cooperative housing society on Military Road within the Juhu Vile Parle Development scheme.
