On December 9th the shoot of Jug Jugg Jeeyo came to a halt as Varun Dhawan, Neetu Kapoor and director of the movie Raj Mehta were tested positive for coronavirus. Though Anil Kapoor and Kiara Advani were safe from contracting the virus, they still came back to Mumbai. The trio took the test for coronavirus again and thankfully tested negative for it. Therefore the shoot for the movie is all set to resume. Read on to know more.
Neetu Kapoor took to her Instagram to inform that she has tested negative for the virus.
According to a report, the shoot of Jug Jugg Jeeyo will begin from 19th of December in Chandigarh. The report reads, “All the places where the trio had filmed were sanitised following the protocols laid down by the state government. The crew stayed in isolation and now that the trio has been cleared, the team is set to resume shooting from December 19 in Chandigarh. During the quarantine period, they have devised a revised schedule and will be taking things easy on the set to ensure that the post-COVID fatigue does not take a toll.”
