“Happy Ending”  is Romantic-Comedy flick, in this movie Saif is playing a role of Yudi a writer who has not  written any script for long time. As movie progress Yudi is caught between finding inspiration and finding love. In this movie Govinda is playing a character of  Armaan a fading movie star who goes to Hollywood to get a Bollywood script written in Hollywood style in his anxiety to save his reputation during this he come in contact with Yudi to whom he ask to write a script for him.
