Bollywood controversial queen Kangana once again in legal trouble as Mumbai court recently directed police to lodge complaint against actress in copyright case.

According to latest development The Bandra Metropolitan Court recently ordered the city police to register an FIR against actress Kangana Ranaut after the author of Didda: The warrior Queen of Kashmir accused her of copyright violation.

According to report author of popular book Didda :The Warrior Queen of Kashmir Mr. Ashish Kaul recently accused Kangana for copyright.

According to sources author disclosed book has been translated in Hindi with title Kashmir Ki Yoddha Rani Didda. Author further disclosed he has the exclusive copyrights to the life story of Didda who was the Princess of Lohar(Poonch), now in Jammu and Kashmir, and the Queen of Kashmir.

According to report in his complaint Author revealed that he has emailed storyline of his book to Kangana, however actress without his consent revealed about movie. “Is it believable by any stretch of imagination that a story and a book are being usurped by a renowned actor- turned-social activist?”

According to sources soon after court direction FIR was lodged against actress
under IPC sections 405 (criminal breach of trust), 415 (cheating), 120 B (criminal conspiracy) and also under the Copyright Act against the actress.

Recently bailable warrant against her was released in defamation case filed by Bollywood lyricist Javed Akhtar.
