Diljit All Set To Collaborate With Ali Abbas Zafar

Punjabi actor singer turned Bollywood star Diljit Dosanjh who is well-known for outstanding performance in Akshay starer Good News is all set to collaborate with Bollywood versatile filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar.

Diljit last Bollywood project Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari did not went up to expectations and got flopped at box-office in this project he shared screen space with Manoj Bajpayee and Fatima Sana Shaikh.

Well Diljit’s outstanding performance in Udta Punjab has managed to make him popular among Bollywood filmmakers.

Recently while interacting with media revealed about his upcoming collaboration with Ali Abbas Zafar he said I was born in 1984. I was a baby when the riots happened. But I’ve heard the elders of the family talking about it. Jo hua woh nahin hona chahiye tha. Cinema must recreate history so that we don’t make the same mistakes again.” 

Shooting of upcoming project will take place in Punjab and Delhi.

It’s going to be second project with same theme of 1984 roots in which Diljit will be playing lead role.
