Arjun Kapoor approached Dehli High Court to protect his personality Rights.

Interim protection has been provided by Delhi High Court to Arjun Kapoor by restraining misuse of identity of the Actor and online exploitation.

Dehli High Court has granted interim protection to the Actor protecting him againt unauthorised use of his identity across Internet. Now days there is growing concern over misuse of digital platform through Artificial intelligence and exploiting Actors.
Dehli High Court has provided ad-interim to the Actor and restrained many Internet platforms like social media accounts as well as website from exploiting actor’s personality by using Artificial Intelligence for his voice, image etc without the consent of the Actor which is illegal. It includes sale of merchandise, booking of events, and other unauthorsed commercial activities associated with Actor without his consent. Now days such unauthorised activities have become big concern across country. People are using Artificial intelligence illegally in order to exploiting Bollywood personalities.
Court observed out that such activities is not only unwarranted but also defacing the reputation of the actor publicly. Court also observed that these actions were carried out for unlawful financial gain and if not restrained could cause irreparable harm.

The main feature of the case was connected with the spreading of AI-generated manipulated content, including indecent and X-rated material.
