Aditi Rao Hydari, seen post-engagement, beams at mention of ‘jija ji’

Actress Aditi Rao Hydari was seen at Mumbai airport, her first outing since getting engaged to actor Siddharth in Telangana. She proudly showed off her engagement ring and was with her aunt. In a video, she talks to a paparazzo, asking who he’s waiting for. When he asks, “Sir ko nahi lekar aaye? Sorry, jijaji ko nahi lekar aaye? (Did you not bring sir? Sorry, I meant brother-in-law),” she smiles wide and explains that he has gone somewhere else. Aditi wore a relaxed co-ord set for her airport attire, teaming it with a denim shirt.

Last week, there was a report stating that Aditi and Siddharth tied the knot at the Sri Ranganayakaswamy Temple in Wanaparthy, Telangana. The host at the Heera Mandi event confirmed the news by saying, “We know why Aditi is not here. There’s a reason, it’s because she’s getting married today. So, let’s all congratulate her.”

Yet, on Instagram, the couple clarified they were engaged, not married, posting a picture from Srirangapuram. They displayed their rings, spelling “ENGAGED” and affirming their agreement. Aditi wore a diamond ring, while Siddharth had a gold band.
