Ronit Roy Leases His Office Space For 1.39 Crores

Bollywood actor Ronit Roy recently leased his office space  consisting 950 sq ft area situated in Andheri West  for around 1.39 crore for 60 months lock in period.

According to report actor has given office space on lease to skin and hair care company for five years. The 950 sq ft property in Andheri West has been rented to Kerawi Care (OPC) Private Limited, with the first-year rent fixed at Rs 2.10 lakh a month. Total rent for 5 years stand for 1.39 crore. Actor took security deposit of 6.5 lakhs.

According to estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, the leave-and-licence agreement was registered on June 12, 2026. The office is located on the fourth floor of Vastu Prestige, close to City Mall.

On work front actor is known for his work in television, films and web series. He became popular after his outstanding performance in movies like ‘Kaabil’, ‘Jaan Tere Naam’, Student of the Year’, ‘Shoot Out at Wadala’, ‘Two States’, ‘Liger’ and more.
