FIR registered against Payal Rohatgi for using objectionable words for Mahatma Gandhi

Payal Rohatgi has always been in news for making controversial videos and making obnoxious remarks on celebrities and big personalities. Well this time again she is in hot water as is in hot water again as a case has been registered against her in Pune for making defamatory remarks on father of nation, Mahatma Gandhi, in a video that she shared on social media.

According to reports, Pune District Congress general secretary Sangeeta Tiwari  has filed a case against Payal Rohatgi for using objectionable words against Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi in a video which she posted on social media. “A case has been registered against actress Payal Rohatgi (in file pic) in Pune for allegedly using objectionable words against Mahatma Gandhi, Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi & Rajiv Gandhi in a video shared on social media, under sections 153 (a), 500, 505(2) and 34 of IPC,” the report says.
