Radhe of Salman Khan is one of the most awaited films of 2020. Although it was suppose to release this Eid, but due to the pandemic situation in the country, the release date was postponed to next year. The cinema lovers are now waiting for the film to release in theatres in 2021.
However, there could be a sad news for all those waiting for the cinematic release of Radhe. According to latest reports, the film may opt for a direct OTT release just like Laxmmi which released on Disney plus Hotstar on the 9th of November and was quite a hit.
This may be shocking for the theatre lovers, as the theatres in the country have reopened. But as per Film Information, Salman Khan is currently in negotiating terms with Amazon Prime Video to convert the streaming agreement into that for premiere-streaming. He has demanded a whopping Rs.175-200 crores to seal the deal. But this demand is at a higher end for the OTT platform. However, some insiders also say that the deal could be sealed somewhere in 150-160 crores region.
