More than the couple, people around it are concerned about their tying in the nuptial bond, eagerly waiting for the wedding date. Every other day, a new rumor comes up regarding the wedding. However, Saif’s mom Sharmila Tagore has finally put all the rumors to rest.

Sharmila said sometime back that the wedding preparations are on a full swing and the venue will be either Pataudi or Mumbai. She had confirmed that the wedding date is October 16. In fact, when Sharmilaji and Bebo were in London last month along with the rest of the family, they shopped for the wedding as well. The venue and the guest list were also finalized But Saif later denied it completely saying that he would get married at the end of the year.

The rumours that are doing the rounds recently are that Kareena has developed cold feet and is thinking that marriage may come as a hindrance to her career. Especially after Bhansali’s biting remark that “no married heroine” can be his Juliet, Kareena and Saif decided it was better to focus on her career right now.

Mom says the wedding date is fixed. Son says its not. Saif’s sister Soha Ali Khan says she’s clueless. And now some sources reveal that it’s the bride who’s behind all this drama, but there is no official confirmation regarding this. So it seems it’s just a rumour.

With the success of ‘Cocktail’, the wedding definitely took a backseat but it’s also confirmed that the two would tie the knot this year end. The two have been one of the most stable couples in recent times. So when they declared that they planned to get married, we didn’t doubt that at all.
