Supreme Court issues notice to Bollywood shahenshah

KBC  show host Amitabha Bachchan is known to woo millions with his charm and humility, putting contestants at ease who face him on the hot seat.

Recently, the show progressed when it got its first female winner who hit the 5 crore jackpot this season. Big B is perhaps the most popular host on Television so it comes as a surprise when the Shahenshah of Bollywood is in the news for the wrong reasons.

The Supreme Court of India has issued a notice to Big B over the Income tax department’s query into the star’s earning on popular game show-Kaun Banega Crorepati. Known to charge a hefty amount per episode of KBC, the IT department has questioned Mr. Bachchan’s earnings, causing the Supreme Court to issue a notice to him answer the department’s queries.

It remains to be seen what mode of action Big B will take to satisfy all questions and clarify his stand.
