Subramanian Swamy claims Ministry of Health was not informed about AIIMS Report in SSR case

As we all know that BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy is one of the politicians who have been making every effort to get justice for the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Recently the forensic team of AIIMS that was helping out CBI in its investigation declared in its report that the actor died of suicide. Being a supporter of SSR, Swamy claims the Ministry of Health was not kept in the loop about the report given by AIIMS forensic team.
“I have finished conversing with the Health Secretary on my five questions on the alleged AIIMS Team Report which (news channel) claimed held the SSR case was according to autopsy report one of suicide. The Ministry was not kept in the loop so now I will talk to concerned specialists,” Swamy tweeted yesterday.
He raised a few question including:
Whether the AIIMS team did a postmortem on the body of Sushant or was only forming an opinion about the postmortem report done already by the doctors of Cooper Hospital ?
Was Dr Sudhir Gupta advised by higher authorities to give interviews before the AIIMS Special team report was submitted?
Did the AIIMS team examine the evidence of destruction, the postmortem by the doctors at Cooper Hospital, and the non-sealing of the scene of the crime by the Mumbai Police?
Was there insufficient material from a forensic medical point of view for this AIIMS team taking a definite opinion on a cause of death?
Will the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare consider sending the matter to the Medical Board of the Ministry?
He Tweeted this a few days after the forensic team of AIIMS helping in Sushant’s death case investigation, declared that the late actor died of a suicide and ruled out the possibility of murder in Sushant’s case. Subramanian Swamy has been actively participating in almost every aspect related to SSR’s death case. In fact he is leading a campaign to get justice for him.
