This is the first film of Akshay Kumar in the new year 2013This film is expected to gain a huge crowd as it is a dramatic heist based on a real incident.

The Robbery incident on which the movie is based has happened in Mumbai on March 19, 1987 where an unknown man Mon Singh posing as a CBI officer has recruited 26 men and executed a day light raid on Opera House branch of Tribhovan Das Bhimji Zaveri and disappeared jewellry worth lakhs. There is a great expectation from this movie as it is going to be another drama heist after the movie A Wednesday which was much appreciated among the audience.

The screen name of Akshay Kumar has been unveiled as “Mr.Ajay Singh” who is playing as a lead role among the 26 men who will raid at the Opera House according to the story of the movie. Another interesting thing in the whole movie is that it has only one female character in the whole story who will play a role of Mon Singh’s love interet. Manoj Bajpai is playing a role of an actual CBI officer in the film.
