Shreyas Talpade Booked In Fraud Case

Recently we came across news that Bollywood actor filmmaker
Shreyas Talpade got booked in multi state chit fund scam, well recently actor got interim relief from arrest by court.

According to report actor approached Super Court to get protection from arrest and he got interim protection from Suprem Court after his application of projection from arrest was allowed.

Well recently actor and other were going through investigation on allegations that Talpade and others defrauded hundreds of villagers through a fraudulent investment scheme.

Actor had sigh of releif after an interim ruling passed a bench led by Justices BV Nagarathna and KV Viswanathan issued notices to the Union government and the states of Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. Suprem Court  also fixed  next hearing which will take place on August 29 2025, till then, the bench has directed that no coercive action be taken against Shreyas Talpade.

On 29th August Court will consider Talpade’s plea to consolidate the multiple FIRs filed against him and transfer the investigation to Lucknow”.
According to report In February 2024,  FIR was lodged  against Shreyas Talpade and veteran actor Alok Nath at Gomti Nagar Police Station in Lucknow by complaint in which complaints  accused both Shreyas Talpade and Alok Nath and other members of the cooperative society of defrauding investors of more than Rs 9 crore by giving false promising them high returns. Fraud case was registered by Jammu and Kashmir Police.
