She disclosed her day starts with glass of warm water and Yoga, she disclosed she practice yoga and gym four times a week taking time off from her busy schedule, she practice different techniques of yoga like hot yoga, Pilates and doing some sets of planks.
Actress further disclosed apart from doing Yoga and exercise she goes for proper diet, she had made a diet plan by eating meals in short intervals, she take meal after every 2 hour and she also drinks lots of water, which keep her away from hydrating and on the other hand it helps her metabolism to become strong.
You may have recently watched actress doing poll dance in Gentleman, you know she practice poll dancing regularly for mainting her figure, she has even installed pole at her residence.
While disclosing her interaction she disclosed to me health is not staying in perfect figure and weight, to me fitness is being energetic and strong.
