Saif Brawl Case With NRI Getting Worse
It seems that Saif Ali Khan’s brawl case is getting worse day by day as now police submitted cloths
It seems that Saif Ali Khan’s brawl case is getting worse day by day as now police submitted cloths of Saif Ali Khan in court, which was worn by actor during brawl took place, this incident took place in 2012 in Taj Hotel at Wasabi restaurant.
According to public prosecutor Wajid Sheikh after submitting CD and cloths in Hon’ble Court case has been adjourned for further proceedings.
According to reports on 13th March charges were framed against actor by metropolitan magistrate, in chargsheet charges were framed against Saif Ali Khan and his friends, Shakeel Ladak and Bilal Amrohi for assaulting NRI in public place. After FIR was filed by NRI, all the accused were arrested by police, and later they were released on bail, in FIR business man also accused Saif and his friends for hitting his father-in-law Raman Patel. While safe guarding Saif Ali Khan claimed that NRI was passing provoking statements and un-parliament language toward ladies accompanying actor, which led to the brawl. Police had filed a charge-sheet against accused on December 21, 2012
