Rhea’s Brother Showik Get Bail In Drugs Case

It’s great relief for Chakraborty family as recently court granted bail to Showik.

As we all know 2 months back Rhea and her brother Showik was arrested by NCB in drugs case, however Rhea got bail out by Bombay High Court after one month, but showiks bail application was dismissed.

According to latest development court has granted bail to Showik after 2 months.

According to sources while hearing bail application of Showik Mumbai court cited a recent Supreme Court judgment which said that statements or confessions before an NCB officer is not admissible evidence.
