Rhea’s Advocate File Writ Petition And Sushant Family File Caveat

Recently Sushant Singh’s family filed caveat in Supreme Court after Advocate of Rhea filled writ pitetion in Supreme Court seeking transfer of FIR registered against her In Patana court in Sushant case to shift to Mumbai.

Rhea Chakraborty who is been accused in Sushant’s case investigation, recently moved to apex court, taking into consideration family of Sushant family filed caveat in court asking court should not allowed her petition of transferring her case to Mumbai.

According to sources Vikas Singh is going to proced case for Sushant Singh Rajputs family.

Well recently Rhea’s Advocate Satish Maneshinde disclosed that we have filed a writ petition in Supreme Court for transferring case registered against actress in Sushant’s suicide case in Patana, as police of Mumbai is still investigating case.

Well it all begun when Rhea introducing herself as girlfriend of late actor, asked CBI to investigate Sushant Singh’s case.

Till date Mumbai police has recorded statement of number of Bollywood stars including friends and family members.
