Rhea Chakraborty’s plea to postpone the investigation is rejected by ED

It was confirmed by Rhea Chahraborty’s lawyer Satish Manshinde that Rhea’s plea to Enforcement Directorate (ED)  to postpone inquiry on her has been rejected and she is asked to be present to record her statement.

A day earlier Rhea sent an email to the ED requesting them to postpone her investigation.The reason given for the same was that the case was already running in SC.

Her lawyer Manshinde said, “Rhea Chakraborty has requested that the recording of her statement be postponed till Supreme Court hearing.”  According to a source,“the ED has asked Rhea Chakraborty to join the probe. Her request has been denied and no exemption given by ED.”
