Rani Mukherji In Trouble

Omg Rani Mukherji received legal notice from BMC for illegal construction going on  in her bungalow.

According to sources few days back BMC team reached her bungalow to inspect, however BMC members were not allowed to enter the bungalow, and tomorrow again they will coming for examining illegal construction, they will be accompanied with policemen.

According to reports Assistant Civic Commissioner received number of complaints regarding illegal construction done by Rani Mukherji, therefore they have sent legal notice under section 488 of MCB act, which give right to inspection.

According to MCB records actress was granted a commencement certificate for modification of bungalow in 2014, as it was valid for only one year, however actress did got it renewed and without certificate doing construction is illegal.

When spokesperson of Rani was contacted by media, he disclosed all the allegation are baseless, added certificate was renewed in prescribed time and BMC has all records.

On the other hand Nikitesh Chaubal chairman of  Aamhi Jagrut Mumbaikar, disclosed spopkesperson of Rani is lying they have not renewed their certificate, therefore they are doing illegal construction.
