Randeep Hooda Says He Wants To Make Masala Projects In Future

Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda who recently appeared in biopic titled ” Swantantra Veer Savarkar” revealed shocking statement adding he is looking forward to stay away from biopic in future adding ” I am on path of making masala projects”.

Well recently Randeep Hooda made his directorial debut with biopic ‘Swantantra Veer Savarkar’ which was opening film of the Indian Panorama at IFFI 2024. During conversation with ETimes, Randeep opened about the film, his thoughts on biopics, and his experience working with Sunny Deol. Excerpts…

Answering to question are you coming up with any new biopic after your recent directorial debut project Swatantra Veer Savarkar he added “Sher Singh Rana, who brought back the remains of Prithviraj Chauhan from Afghanistan, is still in the works. We are trying to put it together. I am trying to stay away from biopics, as they can be very taxing. But people forget that I have done action and romantic films before Savarkar. I have done all kinds of movies. I would prefer to reach a broader and more flexible range of audiences through entertaining cinema, and action seems a good option, he further jocking said I have a lot of offers, but I will direct only if I am acting in it because I can’t find a better actor (laughs loudly at his joke). I am in the process of doing two or three things, and they’re mostly action” talking ankur biopic actor said ” While making biopic you have to go through every detail, which is noy easy task, therefore I am considering on masala movies in future”.
