Priyanka Chopra Feeling Pleased That Road Is Being Named Lieutenant Colonel Ashok Chopra Marg

Bollywood actress Priyanka feeling pleased that  road in Mumbai will be named after her late father Dr. Ashok Chopra. According to reports road is being named Lieutenant Colonel Ashok Chopra Marg and its being inaugurated today on a first death anniversary of Dr Ashok.

Though Priyanka was busy with her upcoming movie Dil Dhadakane Do in Europe, but after hearing news that road in Andheri Mumbai is going to be named after her late father Dr. Ashok Chopra, she straightway flew back to Mumbai to participate in inauguration function, according to reports Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray will inaugurate a street in Yari Road, Andheri, that will be named after Priyanka Chopra’s father.

While interacting with media Priyanka added that she did not know that road is going to be set up in the name of her late father,  she added it was surprising news for me and my family, I am feeling honored. She added I was busy in shooting for my upcoming movie “Dil Dhadakne Do” after hearing this news I came back to Mumbai as I did not want to miss this wonderful day of my life. While concluding her interview she added I want to thank Maharashtra Government for giving honor to my late father Dr. Ashok Chopra.
