Bollywood actress and Kings XI team owner Preity Zinta returned back to Mumbai from USA to record her statement with police regarding molestation complaint filed against her ex-lover Ness Wadia.
According to reports on Tuesday evening, Priety Zinta in her supplementary statement added that she was abused thrice and manhandled once by Ness Wadia on 30th May 2014. Her statement was recorded at BCCI office in Wankhede stadium. After recording her statement she straightaway went to Garware Pavilion along with Investigation team and pointed out two spots where molestation took place. According to reports Priety claimed that she was abused for the third time. A spot of panchnama was done by investigation officer appointed by Marine Drive police station.
According to investigation officer she was seated under AC box in Garware Pavilion primarily it was spot where Ness Wadia was to be seated, according her Ness Wadia came and started abusing team official regarding seating arrangement, when she interfered and asked Ness to calm down, he started assaulting and abusing and also pulled her hand. Officer further added that after this incident she left the seat and went in front near the railing, wadia again came and started abusing her, anyhow one person named Gene Goodenough who is said to be American national and was Priety’s guest stood up and demand for silence but Ness started arguing with him later Ness left the spot. After few hours when match ended, Ness again came to ground where Priety was spotted congratulating her team, he started abusing her.
According to reports Priety statement has been recorded, therefore now police will summon Ness to record his statement.
