According to latest reports actress Pooja Chopra who was last seen in ‘Commando’ in which she was seen acting opposite Vidyut Jamwal got seriously injured in a freak accident , though every actor and actress of bollywood was enjoying New Year party and she spent her 31st in hospital.
According to reports she got injured when Pooja Chopra was enjoying a tea sip at her residence in Lokhandwala, it happened when she was having cup of tea sitting by the window side of her residence and suddenly glass of window-pane collapsed on floor, due to this glass pieces scattered and some pieces penetrate her left leg due to this she started bleeding plentifully. But her domestic help instantly rushed her to nearby hospital where she was given stitches and this procedure lasted for about 3 ½ hours.
According to reports Dr. Charudutta Chakraborty who operated Pooja Chopra disclosed that she lost some blood when she was admitted to hospital and said Pooja went under surgery in which 50 stitches were given to tie her arteries and nerves which were badly damaged due to piercing of glass. According to doctor Pooja Chopra have to take four month rest and after that she can start her work.
