Pooja Bhatt Criticized Vipul Shah And Akshay Kumar For Using Her Movie Title “Holiday”

Bollywood Actress cum Filmmaker Pooja Bhatt came forward and criticized Akshay Kumar and Vipul Shah for using title of her movie “Holiday” which was released way back in 2006. According to Pooja Bhat title which is being used by Vipul Shah for Akshay Kumar starrer “Holiday” (A Soldier Is Never Off Duty) belongs to her.

It’s not first time when Pooja and Akshay kumar are in news due to movie title controversy, same thing happened way back  in 2010 when Akshay Kumar’s “Thank You” was released, it happened as “Thank You” title was registered advance by Pooja Bhatt for making remake of “Arth”. But this title was used by Akshay Kumar.

While on social site tweeter she tweeted that its second time that Akshay kumar has used title of her movie first it was “Thank You” and now “Holiday”. She feels that Akshay has a habit of using her movie titles.

Controversy took place when Pooja witnessed the trailer of “Holiday” which was released online on 12^th February. According to reports Pooja added that in advance she has requested Vipul Shah not to use her movie title, as before she refused Vipul Shah not to use her movie title “Holiday when Vipul contacted Pooja regarding the title of his upcoming movie “Holiday”. But somehow he managed to register movie title with IMPPA using tag line (A Soldier Is Never Off Duty), though before he contacted Guild they rejected to register title. She further added that it’s not small issue she is fighting for right cause, as how anyone can use register title when its already registered with someone else and that to without his or her consent.
