OMG Sanjay In Legal Trouble

OMG Sanjay Dutt in legal trouble once again, according to report Magisterial court of Mumbai has issued arrest warrant against actor for voiding appearance in court.

According to reports bollywood producer Shakeel Noorani has filed criminal case against Sanjay, according to report this case is filed against actor since long time, the situation of arrest warrant has arose due to lack of communication between us and our lawyer, we respect court, we will take immediate measures and come before court added spokesperson of actor he further said Mr. Noorani has filed private complaint against actor after police refused to take the matter in his hand, in complaint lawyer has alleged actor taking help of underworld men for threatening Shakeel Noorani.

According to Noorani’s advocate my client went for litigation as Noorani was supposed to produce flick in 2009 titled  Jaan Ki Baazi for this he signed Sanjay Dutt to play lead role, for this actor was paid huge amount, but he did not make it for shooting and flick got stranded .”  Before filling case in court producer lodged complaint with producer’s associations. Then association directed  actor to return fees paid  by Noorani, however actor did not pay back amount due to which Noorani had no other option than filling a case against actor in  High Court.

Noorni’s advocate further disclosed after High Court issued a notice of attachment of Sanjay’s properties, Mr. Dutt started threatening Shakeel through underworld man.

As actor did not respond to number of summons issued by court, therefore we requested court to issue warrant against actor which court did.
