OMG Mithun Chakraborty’s son signs a second film before his first one hits the screen

Namashi Chakraborty, the younger son of Mithun Chakraborty has been in news recently for his debut movie Bad Boy. It was directed by Raj Kumar Santoshi and Namshi is paired opposite producer Sajid Qureshi’s debutant daughter Amrin. The first look of this romantic comedy was launched by Salman Khan and was awaited to be released. The movie was all set to hit the silver screen this May, but and a big BUT for the debutant pair, the lockdown due to COVID-19 has made the release date extend to somewhere around October this year when theatres will be operating back.

However, Namashi has bagged his second movie even before he was introduced in Bollywood industry with Bad Boy. Sources suggest that he was to start shooting for his new movie India Fashion Factory right after the release of his debut. But as situation is not favorable, it will go on floors by the end of this year.

The new movie is a quirky family comedy with a soulful theme written by Rajesh Bajaj. South Indian actress Nikki Tamboli will play the leading lady in this family drama.
