Neelam Kothari Shared Her Bad Experience With Airline

Love 86 fame Neelam Kothari get upset with airline over adding “unacceptable” handling of in-flight  medical emergency which was lacking.

Recently actress opened publicly about her bad experience with airline while she was flying in Toronto–Mumbai flight.

Actress recently took
social media and shared that the journey experience which turned into an ordeal marked by a prolonged delay and a serious medical emergency onboard. As she did not got any medical support from airline’s cabin crew.

Neelam Kothari tweeted her bad experience with airline. She said a flight in which she was travelling got delayed by over nine hours and added discomfort of passengers. However, sitution took serious turn when she fell seriously ill mid-air she said she got fainted after having a meal and had to be helped back to her seat by a fellow passenger. Despite this incident there was no medical follow-up or even a basic check-in from the crew for the remainder of the flight.

She further had she tried to share her grievance with the airline’s customer service after landing but received no response. Calling the situation unacceptable. She has asked airline’s to take quick action on  the matter urgently, highlighting what she felt was a complete lack of accountability and care during a medical emergency.

It’s was unpleasant experience for Neelam after one of social media user dismissed her complaint with a comment that read, “Seems like a you problem. But let me try to get something out of it.” actress immediately replied adding reaction would have been very different had the same situation involved the user or someone close to them.

Well we hope airline will take cognizance on actress grievance and make it clear this type of problem will not be faced by any passenger in future
