NCB Ask Court To Cancel Bail Of Bharti And Her Husband

Well recently Bharti Singh and her husband got bail in drugs case.

According to sources NCB is looking forward to challenge Bharti and her husband’s bail, for the same NCB has approached NDPS court and asked to cancel bail.

Bharti and her husband was arrested by NCB after drug was seized from them on the all they have confessed of consuming drugs.

According to sources NCB filed application for cancellation of bail so that they can be taken into custodial interrogation by setting aside lower court’s order. According to sources taking into consideration of NCB’s application Court sent notice to both of them to appear before court coming Tuesday.

The court issued notice to Bharti and Haarsh on Tuesday and the matter will most likely be taken up in court for hearing next week.
