Mumbai HC Give Relief To Kangana And Her Sister

Well recently we came across news that Bollywood actress Kangana and her sister approached Mumbai Court to quash FIR and also urged HC to direct Police not take action against them.

According to latest development Bombay High has given direction to Mumbai Police not take any action against both sisters till 8th January 2021.

According to sources in his order HC asked Kangana and Rangoli to participate in Police investigation on 8th January.

Well both sister were booked for instigating communal tension through their social media posts. Both were booked under sections 153A (promoting enmity between different groups), 295A (deliberate and malicious act to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting their religion), and 124A (sedition) of the IPC.
