Meghna Gulzar collaborates with Sidharth Malhotra for next project

Reportedly, Sidharth Malhotra and Meghna Gulzar are joining forces for an upcoming film, marking their first collaboration. After discussions and consideration of various ideas, they have settled on a compelling subject. The project aims to explore a shocking true story and portray it sensitively on the big screen. Filming is set to begin in mid-2024, spanning two months at authentic locations. The initial location scouting is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.

Meghna Gulzar, known for her impactful storytelling in films like Talwar, Raazi, Chhapaak, and Sam Bahadur, has extensively researched this subject and is deeply moved by its narrative. Sidharth Malhotra, impressed by the emotional depth of the script, is looking forward to the collaboration.

Currently, Sidharth Malhotra is preparing for releases in Rohit Shetty’s Indian Police Force and Karan Johar’s production Yodha. He is expected to start filming for Dinesh Vijan’s project in early 2024 before working on Meghna Gulzar’s film.
