In the tough times of COVID 19,Mandira Bedi is one of the persons who is finding ‘Shanti’ or her inner peace and recently she had shared the way she does it with her fans. She shared a short video performing a yogasana that helps keeping her mind calm during the tough times of COVID-19. In the video you can see Mandira propping her head on a folded yoga mat and performed a headstand. 

The actress played the titular role in the 1994 TV serial Shanti. In the caption of the video she shared explained that the yogasana helped her gain “Shanti” (Peace). She even asked her fans about what works for them and then claimed that any inverted pose works best for her. She wrote, “What works for you? All inverted poses help keep my anxiety at bay. Be it the headstand (which I needed today after a long time) or the 10 walls assisted handstands I practice every day”. She concluded her caption with a motivational quote writing, “Karam karo… phal ki chinta mat karo. Bas chinta door hi rakho”.
