According to report Madras High Court passed order of restrains unauthorised broadcast and online circulation, balances rights of producers and service providers.
Copyright order was passed in a suit filed by the film’s producer, Yash Raj Films, citing concerns over potential piracy before and after the release.
According to report Madras High Court Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy after hearing copyright protection pitition issued an interim order restraining internet service providers (ISPs) and cable television operators from any unauthorised broadcast, transmission, or dissemination of the film. Main aim of copyright right injunction order is to prevent the film from being unlawfully telecast or circulated online prior to its official release in theatres.
Well we think filmmaker has taken good decision by moving to Madras High Court for copyright protection injunction.
