Kriti Sanon is enjoying the success of her recent films “Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya” and “Crew”. These movies did well at the box office, and Kriti’s acting was praised. Now, she’s looking forward to her next project and talking about the roles she wants to try. In an interview, Kriti shared her dream roles.
She wants to do action-packed roles and play characters with shades of grey. Although she has done challenging roles in films like “Mimi,” “Bhediya,” and “Crew,” she’s eager to explore action roles more. Even though she tried an action role in “Ganapath,” she feels there’s more to show on screen.
Opening up about playing layered roles, Kriti said, “I would also wanna play a very grey character. Like I think, I always feel something like Gone Girl which is like really grey really edgy not a good girl at all because I think that will be fun, it’s a way from me as a person totally. Also I think the grey shade is fun to play because there’s so much layers to the character.”
In the same interview, the actress mentioned that “Do Patti” is her toughest film yet. Her character has many complexities, which she finds challenging emotionally and physically. It’s a new experience for her, with plenty of emotions, drama, and layers. “Do Patti” is also Kriti’s first film as a producer, featuring Kajol, and will premiere on Netflix.
