Koyelaanchal opens with Saryo Bhan Singh (Vinod Khanna) an ex-owner turned Mafioso, who use his power with cruelty and manifest disobedience by doing land frauds, by forcing people to accept him their ‘maalik” therefore if anyone raise voice against him he faces spine chilling voilenc of epic proportions.
