Bollywood budding star Kartik Aaryan is on way to expanding his impressive property collection by purchasing two high-end properties in Andheri, Mumbai.
Recently actor enjoyed great success of his blockbuster project Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Chandu Champion.
According to report popular online portal Mid-Day, revealed actor is actively scouting properties with the assistance of veteran producer Anand Pandit. Reports goes like this “Since a week, Pandit has been helping Kartik shop in Andheri for two properties—a high-end residential apartment and a commercial space of over 2,000 square feet,”.
Apart from above said Properties actor already owns number of properties across Mumbai. Actor has managed to make his property portfolio in Mumbai. Well Kartik Aaryan
owns two luxurious apartments in Juhu, each priced at over Rs 17.5 crore. One of these apartments is currently rented out at an impressive Rs 4.5 lakh per month.
Now actor have added two new Properties to its portfolio which includes 2,000-square-foot office space in Veera Desai this is a same place where Bollywood celebrities such as Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn owns office space. Office space that actor purchased has been rented out.
Another property that actor purchased is in Versova apartment, a sentimental purchase as it was in the same neighborhood where he lived as a paying guest during his early career.
On work front Kartik has number of projects in pipe line including a project produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Production, titled Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri.
