Kapil Sharma Is In Legal Trouble

Few days back we came across news of Kapil Sharma’s tweet to Prime Minsiter Narendra Modi, adding about a official demanding bride from him for constructing structure at his office.

According to latest development Kapil has landed into big trouble as Oshiwara Police station has lodged FIR against him for doing unauthorized construction in his flat which is situated on 9^th Floor in Goregaon high rise DLH Enclave on the complaint of sub engineer Abhay Jagtap . Police has also lodged complaint against Irrfan Khan also who also stay in same building at 5^th Floor. Police further state they have registered complaint against other three flat owners and builder, Dev Land &  Housing. For not obeying orders of BMC.

Complaint has been register under section 53 (7) of Maharashtra Regional Town  Planning Act (MRTP),1966, which states that if person don’t obey the order issued by MDC for stopping unauthorized constructions, not obeying this order can lead to imprisonment of one month to three years or a fine of Rs. 2000 to Rs. 5000 whichever is maintainable.

Going through above news it seems Kapil has landed into great legal trouble.
