Kangana Sold Her Mumbai Bungalow

Bollywood controversial actress turned politician Kangana Ranaut sold her Bungalow situated in Bandra’s Pali Hills for 32 crores.

Well from past four years above said property was in news for structural violations.
According to report Zapkey accessed document of above said property which revealed she sold property for 32 crore. According to documents accessed by Zapkey actress purchased bungalow in 2017 for worth 20 crore.

The bungalow was purchased by Kangana Ranaut for ₹20 crore in September 2017, the documents further revealed. Bungalow that actress sold has 3,075 sq ft buit-up area, bungalow also has 565 sq feet parking area.
According to Zapkey transaction was registered on September 5, 2024 for which a stamp duty of ₹1.92 crore and a registration fee of ₹30,000 has been paid, according to the documents.

Above said property is being purchased by Shweta Bathija resident of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
