This movie showcase social satire on the law system of the country India. Story of movie starts with  a struggling lawyer named Jolly played by Arshad Warsi who wants to become renowned lawyer though all of his cases seem to flop.  Therefore he get one chance to prove his ability and skill,  for this he will be standing against India’s current most popular advocate Rajpal who has never lost any case.
