Javed Akhtar’s Lawyer Sought Non-bailable Warrant Against Kangana Ranaut

Bollywood renowned Lyricist Javed Akhtar seeks non-bailable warrant against actress turned politician Kangana Ranaut in Defamation case.

According to report Javed Akhtar’s counsel Jay Bharadwaj filed application pleading Kangana Ranaut has sought permanent relief from appearance which was dismissed and was upheld by Sessions Court and Bombay High Court.

Now Court has pronounced non Bailable warrant against actress for non-appearance in court.

According to Javed Akhtar Kangana Ranaut is doing so to delay case proceedings.

According to Javed Akhtar’s lawyer Kangana Ranaut was supposed to appear before the court on Saturday, but she did not turn up. Therefore they have filled application for sorting non Bailable warrant against her.

Actress turned politician Kangana Ranaut Recently stuck in controversy after she was slapped by security women at Mohali Airport.
